"The 27-year-old man has been arrested on charges of assault and 32-year-old woman with the same case. Both are in custody and are still in the process of investigation," said a spokesman of the police local to the Daily Mail.
27-year-old man was suspected of Downing. One source who also are on the scene, revealed that there was a commotion between a woman with a man who came to the club. This information also strengthens the case for allegedly charged to Downing.
